Who is Kristen?

I'm Kristen Blythe, a holistic life coach, intuitive energy healer, and spiritual mentor based in New England with over 20 years of experience in the field.

I am the founder of Rooted Wisdom Holistic Life Coaching where I help clients access their own inner wisdom and self-healing abilities to overcome trauma, limiting patterns, and other blocks to positive growth and personal success. I am also a teacher on popular apps InsightTimer and Aura where my courses and meditations have been streamed for over 100,000 minutes.

I am a Reiki Master Teacher, Karuna Ki Master Teacher, Certified Meditation Instructor, Certified Life Coach, and have a Bachelor’s Degree in History. My passion is to empower you, help you connect more deeply with yourself and your gifts, help you live life with intention, and support you through releasing burdens that prevent you from living your best life.

Experience has taught me that we are all truly our own healers. My mission is to empower others as self-healers, and it is through the healing work that we do for ourselves that we truly transform our lives in ways that are felt and seen. My goal is to share my techniques, insights, and support with you so that you can unburden yourself from limitations and embody the beautiful balanced potential that lies within you.
