Welcome to Reflections of Rooted Wisdom! My hope is that this Substack newsletter will be a much needed ending to my former ways of sharing with my clients, students, and readers. Even better, my intention is that migrating my newsletter and blog to Substack will keep me motivated, streamline things, and create new opportunities to share with you.

I’m thrilled to launch this space where I hope to engage with you and share more, plus provide helpful insights, healing wisdom, and inspiration as we all move forth into the beautiful potential that exists here. I am excited that there is space here for community building through post comments, thread discussions on topics of interest, live chat, and maybe even a podcast, so I hope that we can build this space together into a supportive platform for healing and growth.
